I wanted to share a little positivity post with you.
I’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed recently. A lot of negative things have happened, all in a short space of time and I’ve found it hard to think of things which are happy.
But then I got to thinking. Even when you’re at your lowest, or feel like you haven’t got much to look forward to, there is almost always a silver lining. Whether that is being in good health, having friends and family or even something as simple as looking at photographs of beautiful destinations or cosying up with a cup of tea; finding a reason to smile can instantly make you feel better and allow you to refocus on the good.
Here are five things which make me smile:
- My friends and family
- A mug of tea
- Reading a good book
- Cosy pyjamas
- My education
